OpenShift Virtualization reference architecture

This reference architecture will share the steps we took to tune Red Hat® Ceph® Storage and Red Hat OpenShift® Virtualization allowing the creation of a resilient 100-node OpenShift cluster. We will also explain the reasoning behind those steps and provide information that will allow the application of those recommendations to any cluster.
